Graduates
For all candidates looking for their first job after graduation, we offer full time traineeship positions in all scientific and support functions.
We know those first experiences can be overwhelming, which is why we have created a 12-month long traineeship for candidates without any previous working experience during which you have:
- A mentor and structured onboarding plan.
- First-hand experience working in a world-class equipped labs, as well as in a CRO (Contract Research Organization) environment.
- Opportunity to learn more about Good Research Practice, Drug Discovery process, Compliance and other topics.
- Soft skills trainings including presentation and communication skills, multigenerational cooperation and access to other internal trainings.
