Adrijana Vinter

Global Head of Drug Discovery,
Member of the Management Board 

Dr. Adrijana Vinter serves as the Global Head of Drug Discovery at Selvita Group, overseeing the Drug Discovery Segment. She is responsible for strategic service development, leading interdisciplinary research teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects. She has been a member of Selvita’s Management Board since 2022. 

Previously, Dr. Vinter was Managing Director at Fidelta (now part of Selvita Group) from 2017, where she successfully managed operations and drove significant year-on-year revenue growth. She began her career in 2002 as a medicinal chemistry scientist at PLIVA, later transitioning to lead Business Development at Fidelta before becoming Managing Director. 

Dr. Vinter earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Zagreb, specializing in macrolide antibiotics, and holds an MBA from Cotrugli Business School, Croatia. She is also the author of several scientific publications.
