Miłosz Gruca

Global Head of Drug Development,
Member of the Management Board 

Dr. Milosz Gruca currently holds the role of Global Head of Drug Development, overseeing the company’s drug development segment and the area of services dedicated to biologic drugs. Prior to that, Dr. Gruca held the position of Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for a broad scope of business development activities of the Company, including creation and development of drug discovery and regulatory services’ offer, building relationships with international clients, as well as operational management of the integrated Business Development Department. 

Dr. Gruca has been with Selvita since 2007. As the Director of Biology, he was responsible for introducing comprehensive biological and analytical services to the company’s offer and subsequently strategic management of the Analytical, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology Departments. 

Dr. Milosz Gruca is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, where he earned his M.Sc.in Biotechnology and Ph.D. in Biochemistry. He also holds an Executive MBA from the joint program at Stockholm University School of Business and the Krakow University of Economics Business School.
